Nagin's 100 Day Progress

New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin released a progress report on the first 100 days of his second term in office. He said progress has been made on a varity of issues including: crime, water pressure, flooded cars, debris removal, and the legal system. How much progress do you think has been made?
